My name is Stacy R. Breland, MAI. I have been married to my husband, Joey Breland, for 16 years. I am a proud mom to three boys, Ethan, Ryan, and John. A native of Gulfport, Mississippi, I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Liberal Arts Degree in Advertising and Marketing. After 15 years in corporate accounting, I began my career as a real estate appraiser. I founded Breland Appraisal Service LLC in 2008 as a commercial real estate appraisal firm. In 2016, I earned the MAI Membership Designation from the Appraisal Institute, the highest level of accreditation in the industry. Appraisers holding the MAI Designation have met rigorous requirements relating to education, testing, experience and demonstration of knowledge, understanding, and ability. There are only 48 MAI appraisers in the entire state and I am proud to say that I am one of only seven women in the State of Mississippi to hold this prestigious designation.

Breland Appraisal Service, LLC is a locally based firm. Since 2008, Breland Appraisal Service, LLC has provided a full range of appraisal services including market research and rental studies. Currently, Breland Appraisal Service, LLC is the only Certified Woman-Owned appraisal firm in the State of Mississippi with a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). As a real estate consultant and analyst firm, we provide appraisal services for real estate developers, lenders, attorneys, tax consultants, corporations, city, state and federal government agencies and also subcontracting services for other appraisal firms. Our appraisal experience encompassing numerous types of real estate such as commercial, industrial, multi-family, residential, and special-purpose.

Due to the nature of my business, most of project are considered confidential. I can state that I have appraised retail properties over 135,000 square feet, office facilities as larger as 190,000 square feet, and industrial facilities over 165,000 square feet.
